Manage payment links
Payment Links allow you to create payment links for customers who need to make a remote payment without physically visiting the store or accessing a complex payment page.
By clicking on the link, the customer accesses the transaction details and completes the payment securely.
Create payment links#
Create Payment Links to allow your users to make payments quickly and easily.
To create a payment link:
- Access Payment Links in the side menu.
- Select the Create a payment link button.
- Define the name of the payment link.
- Enter the name and price of the product.
You can add more than one product in the payment link.
- Add the available additional configurations.
- Select payment methods that you will make available for the payment link.
- Click on Create payment link.

Edit and configure your Payment Links in the ADMIN.

Basic options
The following table shows the basic options for Payment Link:
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Shipping | Define if the transaction requires shipping cost. |
| Taxes | Include amount associated with taxes in the payment total. |
| Expiration date | Define the duration of the payment link validity, allowing it to expire after a specific period of time. |
| Successful payments limit | Limit the number of successful orders available per payment link before automatically deactivating. |
Advanced configurations
The following table shows the advanced configurations for payment link:

| Payment attempt limit | Establishes the number of payment attempts allowed (including rejections) each time the payment link is accessed. |
| Payment confirmation page customization | Allows defining redirection to your own payment confirmation page, whether it's successful payment confirmation page, pending payment, or failed payment. |
Payment method selection
Define the available payment methods in the Payment Link when making a transaction.
Edit a payment link#
Edit the following fields of a Payment Link:
Field | Description |

Name | Change the name of the payment link to reflect a more appropriate or relevant title. |
Product | Add or remove products and product details associated with the link. |
Expiration date | Modify the expiration date to extend or shorten the validity of the payment link. |
Taxes | Exclude, include, or change the amount of taxes applied to the payment total. |
Shipping | Change the amount associated with shipping. |
Redemption limit | Modify the number of successful orders from the link before it deactivates. |
Custom confirmation page | Change the redirect URL for payment confirmation. |
Payment methods | Add or remove available payment methods to adapt to different customer preferences. |
Error codes
The following table shows the error codes related to Payment Link and their description:

EMA-6021 | An error occurred while trying to create the payment link template. |
EMA-6022 | The requested Payment Link template could not be found. |
EMA-6023 | There was an error while trying to update the Payment Link template. |
EMA-6024 | The requested state transition is not valid or the state does not allow modifications. |
EMA-6025 | The Payment Link template has expired and can no longer be used. |
EMA-6026 | The maximum usage limit allowed for the Payment Link has been exceeded. |
EMA-6027 | The Payment Link template has already been completed. |
EMA-6028 | The Payment Link template is deactivated and cannot be used. |
EMA-6029 | The Payment Link template has been canceled, so it is not possible to continue with the operation. |
